Summary
We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our busy office team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cars and the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers professionally and efficiently
Taking accurate customer information and recording details correctly
Handling cash transactions and processing payments
Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
Assisting with general office administration duties
Scheduling appointments and updating customer records
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members
Maintaining an organised and efficient work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of cars and automotive parts is essential
Previous office, administration, or customer service experience preferred
Strong telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Cash handling experience is advantageous
