Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Zero Hours Contract)

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and flexible Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a zero hours basis. This role is ideal for someone who can provide excellent customer service while being available to work varying shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for all guests, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner
*Manage check-ins and check-outs.
*Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly
*Handle bookings, reservations, or appointments
*Provide accurate information about services, facilities, or local area
*Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
*Process payments
*Handle complaints or issues calmly and escalate when necessary
*Support other departments when required
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Basic IT skills (e.g. email, booking systems, Microsoft Office)
Requirements:
Flexible availability to work shifts as needed
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable and punctual
Right to work in the UK
