Summary
Thorn Baker Construction are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager with good knowledge of timber frame or SIP Buildings. Working for an exciting company that specialise in bespoke buildings, this companies projects are featured regularly on Grand Designs, you really will get the chance to work on some truly unique building projects across the North of England!
Working for a family oriented business that takes great pride in designing and manufacturing high-performance self-build projects throughout the UK. They are incredibly busy and have a very healthy order book. If you have experience with timber frame or SIPs buildings and are tired of working on the same old building types with no variation, then this could be the role for you! Requirements;
• Previous experience with timber frame or SIPs panel buildings
• Ideally experience within the self-build market
• Passion for the industry
• Usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid)
• Client Facing
• Good communication and computer skills are essential
