We are currently looking for a Planning & Data Administrator to join- One Vision Housing, part of The Sovini Group.

What You’ll Do: Job duties

Support the Asset Management team in collecting, analysing, and maintaining asset performance data across the property portfolio, contributing to accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments for surveyors and external contractors, ensuring efficient planning and delivery of services.
Act as a point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally via phone and email, and supporting consultation activities.
Prepare and manage customer communications, including mail merges and correspondence, ensuring clear and timely information is shared.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of customer service.
