A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the newly established Solihull Home Treatment Team. The post will be based initially at the Maple Leaf Centre, with a move to a permanent base within the Solihull area once identified.
As a key member of the administration team, this is a varied and rewarding role involving all aspects of secretarial and general administrative duties to support the effective day‑to‑day running of the service.
The successful applicant will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and respond to enquiries in a confidential, accurate, and timely manner. This role will play a vital part in supporting clinical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the Home Treatment Team.
The post holder will need to be well organised, able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Team Manager and clinical staff within the team. The successful candidate will be a consummate team player possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills.
