Crynodeb
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Community Advice Lead to supervise and support a team of advisers delivering high-quality advice services across rural Cambridgeshire.
You will lead a team who are providing advice on issues including benefits, debt, housing, employment, and income maximisation, ensuring services are accessible, effective, and responsive to local communities.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider teams, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting staff development, and driving service improvement.
