Crynodeb
Provide specialist clinical leadership in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) across Health Visiting Services. Deliver and support high-quality, evidence-based assessment, care planning and interventions for families. Offer expert advice, guidance and safeguarding support to practitioners and partner agencies. Lead the development and embedding of PIMH practice, including supporting perinatal champions. Provide clinical supervision, training and mentorship to staff to build confidence and capability. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to improve outcomes for babies and families. Contribute to workforce development through delivery of training and teaching programmes. Support service improvement through audit, evaluation, benchmarking and use of patient feedback. Monitor and report on service activity, outcomes and impact to inform service development. Assist in the day-to-day operational management of the team, including prioritising workload. Contribute to strategic planning and ongoing development of PIMH within the service. Promote a culture of compassionate, inclusive leadership and continuous quality improvement.
