As a community development practitioner, you will work in collaboration with the 0-19 team and local partners to: Work autonomously, in line with your scope of practice, competence and policies. Engage with local family hubs, service users and partners to identify community strengths, needs, and priorities. Develop and support community-led initiatives and projects. Build strong relationships with local organisations, partners, and stakeholders Facilitate groups, workshops, and community events. Support individuals and groups to access services, resources, and opportunities. Monitor and evaluate community programmes and outcomes. Promote the service to families and community partners. Complete quarterly and annual reports demonstrating the effectiveness of initiatives that have been implemented. This role isnot eligible for visa sponsorship.
