April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver reliable high-quality and person centred healthcare and domiciliary services, which fulfil our clients needs. We offer flexible working; you chose contracted hours or zero hours and min/max hours per week. THIS POST IS FOR WEEKEND WORK ONLY- would suit students. Night work is optional and not obligatory.
We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants who can drive & are willing to work in the Bridgend area . You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration ensuring that you apply a person centred approach You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.
In this role you will:
Engage in all daily activities.
Light housework duties
Support to prepare diet and fluids
Assisting with personal care
Administering medication
Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care
