Lowestoft, Suffolk (Hybrid – 3 days remote / 2 days office)
Permanent, Full-Time

Overview
We are working with a leading care provider to recruit an experienced Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and evolve their digital content and social media activity across multiple service locations.

This is a performance-focused role where success is defined by measurable commercial outcomes rather than engagement metrics alone. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive, ROI-driven social media strategy that directly supports lead generation and occupancy growth across a multi-site operation.
This role would suit an experienced agency professional or in-house digital marketer who is ready to take full ownership of strategy and execution within a single, purpose-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

- Review and refine the current social media and content approach across multiple brands and locations
- Develop and implement a scalable, results-driven social media strategy aligned with wider business objectives
- Take ownership of organic social output across corporate and local-level channels

Performance & Commercial Focus

- Drive measurable outcomes including enquiries, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data, attribution, and ROI insights
- Ensure all activity contributes to wider lead generation and occupancy targets

Collaboration

- Work closely with digital, web, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support consistent messaging across paid, organic, and website channels
- Contribute to campaign planning and execution across multiple service areas

Reporting & Analytics

- Use social and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to track performance
- Produce clear, insight-led reporting at both local and corporate level
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Content & Brand Delivery

- Develop engaging and compliant content tailored to sensitive care environments
- Ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements and uphold brand standards
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of digital performance metrics (CPA, CTR, attribution, etc.)
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house marketing environment
- Confidence working with data to inform strategy and demonstrate impact
- The ability to create empathetic, audience-appropriate content for sensitive subject areas

Benefits

- £40,000 base salary
- 10% performance-related bonus
- Hybrid working (3 days remote, 2 days office-based in Lowestoft)
- Private healthcare
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Retail and lifestyle discount scheme (including Blue Light Card reimbursement)
- Additional holiday allowance based on length of service (up to 5 extra days)
- Paid DBS check
- Structured onboarding and training
- Ongoing career development opportunities
- Wellness and employee support initiatives

How to Apply
To be considered, applicants must provide:

- A CV

- A cover letter or portfolio link outlining a recent social media or content campaign, including:

- Strategy and execution approach
- Tools used for tracking performance
- Clear commercial outcomes (e.g. leads, conversions, ROI, CPA improvements)

Applications without evidence of measurable commercial impact will not be progressed.
