Crynodeb
On a day-to-day basis, you will: Develop and deliver creative campaigns using a range of channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, video and events. Work closely with colleagues across the People directorate, including Human Resources, Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion teams, to support key initiatives such as workforce, wellbeing, culture and engagement programmes. Create high-quality content such as stories, blogs, digital assets and promotional materials that showcase our people and promote the Trust as a great place to work. Maintain and improve content across our website and intranet, ensuring it is accessible, inclusive and engaging for all colleagues. Support recruitment events, staff initiatives and wider communications activity, including media responses and corporate communications where required.
