Summary
April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality and reliable healthcare and domiciliary services to our clients.
We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator or possibly a trainee with the right skills, with care experience who can drive & is willing to work in the Bridgend area (Pencoed, Bridgened Town, Porthcawl, Sarn) usual hours 9am-5pm Monday -Friday . Salary is age/experience dependant. Your primary role will be preparing and maintaining weekly rotas for approx 30 carers and 60 clients, taking into account holidays, training and personal preferences. You will be supporting the Manager and admin in the office and also clients living in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.
In this role you will:
Have good office/IT skills
Attend client care calls as required
Attend calls out of office hours when necessary (additional hours paid for)
Undertake on-call duties (additional pay) max 1 in 3 weeks.
