Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans and strategies
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating with parents and professionals as needed
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, or a strong desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student development

- Strong organisation and time management skills
