Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our team. You will lead music lessons across Y3 – Y6 and oversee the high-quality provision of music across the curriculum. You will liaise with music tutors, Lewisham Music Service and oversee peripatetic music lessons across the school. You will also lead on music assemblies, concerts and musical performances showcasing the children’s skills and talents.
You will:
• Be able to play confidently at least one instrument
• Have a commitment to inclusion
• Be able to motivate and inspire
• Be committed to ensuring all children succeed and develop their potential
• Be creative, flexible and passionate about child-centred learning
• Be organised and hard working
