Personal care of neuro rehab patients. Ensure quality and safety checks are completed Ensure bed spaces are ready for use promptly. Assist in the admission and discharge of patients. Establish and maintain communication with patients, relatives and carers and the multidisciplinary team to be able to provide holistic patient care. Develop own skills and knowledge and provide information to others to help their development. Monitor and maintain health, safety and security of self and others in own work area. Assist in maintaining and developing services. Ensure own actions help to maintain quality. Assist in assessing peoples health and wellbeing and related needs. Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating programmes to meet peoples health and wellbeing needs. Assist in the use of technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment. Ability to work flexibly and unsociable hours to meet the demands of the service. 1:1 care of restless / agitated patients
