• Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 15:00
• Term: Temporary ongoing, based on business demand and requirements
NW Recruitment Services Ltd is supporting a well-established UK-based manufacturing business currently entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
The company produces a range of products for a fast-moving and highly regulated market. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy team, building strong relationships, and keeping customer orders running smoothly.
The role:
• Supporting the sales and production teams with the accurate processing of customer orders.
• Entering orders and maintaining accurate data on the ERP system.
• Processing sales order administration in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating collections and liaising with internal teams, external customers, and hauliers.
• Processing orders received from the sales team and ensuring all details are correct.
• Identifying and reporting order discrepancies promptly.
• Confirming bookings with customers and updating internal teams regarding any incoming stock delays, as required.
• Organising and administering the dispatch of samples, including picking sample stock from production or the warehouse.
• Providing general administrative and customer service support as required.
Experience:
• Previous experience in a sales administration, warehouse administration, or customer service administration role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• A good telephone manner and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
