Your role will involve providing both direct and indirect compassionate care to patients in support of the multidisciplinary team. You will undertake a range of delegated clinical patient care duties and may work under direct or indirect supervision by a registered practitioner. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care as part of the multidisciplinary team. You are expected to maintain high standards of patient care through effective planning, implementation, and delivery. You should be proactive in taking appropriate actions and acting independently to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and support a team of clinical support workers, new clinical support works and apprentice clinical support workers. It is essential that all practice aligns with Trust policies, guidelines, standards, statutory requirements, and that you operate within your defined competency boundaries.
