Crynodeb
To contribute to the provision of a comprehensive and efficient elective orthopaedic and trauma service by providing cover to consultant colleagues when leave is taken. To provide evidence-based care for all inpatients and outpatients To have regard at all times to all relevant clinical and quality standards including those set out in the Patients Charter, the 18 week waiting time standard and any local relevant agreements with commissioners. To participate fully in the management of the department and to liaise closely with the Clinical Leads and Directors across the Trust. The post holder may be required to carry out other duties in emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. The duties outlined are not definite and may be changed in accordance with needs of the service requiring the post holder to be cooperative and flexible.
