Senior Town Planning Officer needed in Northampton Paying £30 per hr ref 1725162
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and determine a range of complex planning applications
- Provide clear, balanced professional advice to applicants, stakeholders, and members
- Prepare reports and recommendations in line with planning policy and legislation
- Attend and present at planning committees, appeals, and hearings
- Contribute to policy development and service improvement
- Support, supervise, and mentor planning officers where required
