Summary
Customer Service Representative
Location: Braintree Essex
Job Type: Full Time 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (Temp to Perm)
Salary: £23,132 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Own transport essential due to rural location
The Role:
A vacancy has arisen in the client support department where you will be part of a team responsible for daily workflow and supporting client requirements. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual, able to work both alone and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and proficient in computer applications (MS office).
What you’ll do:
· Manage inbound phone calls and emails in a timely professional manner
· General handling of client enquiries and follow up where necessary
· Schedule and process client orders following operational processes and procedures using our inhouse database
· Maintain spreadsheets and inhouse database in relation to job scheduling and client KPI’s
· Communicate with the transport and warehouse teams to execute the delivery and collection of client orders / handling of client queries
· Responsible for the accurate completion and filing of all post-order paperwork
· Scanning of client records and internal paperwork
· Audio typing - update inhouse database from pre-recorded dictations
· General administration related tasks which assist the business operation
· Other duties as directed by management

· Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
