Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our client, based at a busy recycling facility near Redcar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing recycling operation offering ongoing, full-time work with training and overtime opportunities available.
The Role:
Working as part of the site operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of duties across the recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and sorting materials on a fast-paced recycling line
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Operating mechanical handling equipment and machinery on site
Supporting general recycling and processing operations
Working collaboratively with the wider operations team
Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
12-hour day shifts
Pay Rates
£12.91 per hour
Overtime paid at £19.37 per hour
Requirements
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good awareness of health & safety procedures
Previous recycling, warehouse, or production experience beneficial but not essential
Counterbalance FLT licence
