Summary
Acting as an integrated member of the business support team, demonstrating a flexible approach, ensuring the business needs of the service are met. Ensuring the visitor register is updated and all visitors receive a visitor badge and are directed to their meetings in an efficient, polite and timely manner. Providing general advice of a non-clinical nature to patients, public, clients and other NHS staff. Support other colleagues across the organisation with business support tasks as and when required such as, room booking, information sharing, emailing, photocopying, filing or tasks in line with role responsibilities.
