Summary

Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Integration Analysts, this role entails the development, testing, maintenance, deployment, and support of the Integration Engines across the Enterprise and Epic Bridges interfaces across both Trusts. The incumbent will manage Interfaces ServiceNow ticketsin accordance withtrust SLAs and handle Epic Bridges Error triaging. This involves collaborating with relevant Epic teams andassistingin clearing Bridges error work queues. The analyst is also responsible for ensuring the interface documentation is consistently updated. Additionally, the post holder will oversee the impact of interfaces during Epic upgrades in the Trust, controlling the interface delivery lifecycle, and communicating any significant changes with the Work stream Leads.
