Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development.
Manage daily activities, including planning lessons, supervising playtime, and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery setting.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting programmes as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education and childcare.
Requirements
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare settings.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing or guiding a team within a nursery or educational environment.
A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
Ability to drive is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions.
Previous experience working with children is essential, demonstrating an understanding of their behaviours and learning styles.
