Warehouse Operative Pay: £13.45 per hour + £1 hourly shift bonus (£14.45 per hour)
Temporary to Permanent for the right person
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Client’s warehouse. You’ll be responsible for handling stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Organising and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
Ensuring the warehouse remains a clean, safe, and organised environment.
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Supporting sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources and waste reduction.
Counterbalance or Reach truck experience would be required.
This role is a - 3 shift position, on the following rotation;
Week 1 – Days (Monday to Friday 6am-2pm)
Week 2 – Afternoons (Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm)
Week 2 – Nights (Monday to Friday 10pm-6am)
