Home School Support Worker
(Grade 8 £28,605 - £31,029 pro rata dependent on experience - pay award pending)
Robert Bakewell Primary School is a happy school in a diverse community in Loughborough. We seek to recruit a Home School Support Worker to join our hard working and happy team.
We are looking for someone who:
will be able to work with students and their families to overcome the barriers to learning, ensure they receive the education entitlement and support their well-being by referring to other agencies as appropriate is able to motivate and inspire children; is keen to develop their own professional expertise; likes children and understands barriers to learning; is creative, flexible and has a good sense of humour; ensure records and files are updated; attend child protection (CP) meetings and child in need meetings; run supportive parenting groups for vulnerable families.

Hours: 30 hours
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
