• A calm, empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for working with children;
• The ability to learn, apply & reflect on taught skills / strategies to support the child achieving their targets;
• Experience of working with children, particularly those with social & emotional or additional needs;
• Positivity and the ability to be flexible when problem solving;
• Good communication skills with staff/external professionals/ parents;
