Summary
To provide day to day production of live rotas using the Trust IT System - deployment of the medical workforce, re-allocating medical staff as necessary to support service provision and fulfil training requirements for resident doctors as determined by the Clinical Leads ensuring data is accurate for the interface with Electronic Staff Record (ESR) To facilitate weekly rota reviews with Clinical Directors/Rota Leads to ensure rotas are produced at least 6 weeks in advance - for forward planning of rotas and ensure early identification of rota gaps minimising risks and additional costs to the Trust; process leave requests in a timely manner and obtain instruction from CD/Rota Lead in regard to any locum requirements. To attend departmental operational meetings as required ensuring effective communication of changes in rotas and services delivery.
