Female Support Worker


The Role:
Supporting an individual who lives inNorwich. They have complex clinical needs, has Learning, disabilties and autism, OCD. They’re full of life, have a brilliant sense of humour, and love spending time going to cafe. They also have a real passion for hobbies like swimming and trampolinings.

Pay rate: £14.70 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay available)
Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday: 8am – 8pm days8pm – 8am waking nights / sleep in
Hours: Guaranteed Hours Contract (36hrs). Paid Training & Ongoing Nurse led competencies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
  • Providing personal care.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License required
