Crynodeb
The service currently operates a 7 day a week service through the hours of 8am to 8pm including weekend and bank holidays. This would be negotiated on a pro rata basis. We are looking for someone that has a passion for making a difference to our patients, someone who wants to enable individuals to live their best lives through the use of our reablement service. We are also looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual who possesses effective telephone and communication skills, IT skills, and exceptional organisational skills. The post holder will be well supported within MPFT with a robust Personal Development Conversation outlining clear objectives and training needs. There will be regular professional and clinical supervision and opportunities to link in with the wider clinical networks across MPFT.
