About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Lee on Solent.
We're looking to recruit a Children's Support Worker to support our 9 year old female client with cerebral palsy in her family home. This role will be to help with delivering a physio plan, so previous physio experience is advantageous.
When you will be working:
Saturday mornings (10am-12pm)
During school holidays will increase to 2 x days a week (10am-12pm)
Part Time
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
