The Customer Journey Co-Ordinator plays a central role in managing all student recruitment enquiries and applications, to the point of enrolment.
What skills are we looking for:
To be able to provide prospective and progressing students with information and general advice on courses, progression pathways, career options and future job possibilities
To maintain recruitment systems for tracking, processing and monitoring student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers
To ensure accurate data entry that is compliant with audit requirements and data protection legislation
Responsibilities for the role:
To understand and support all the College’s recruitment targets (all funded and full cost), set out in the curriculum plan and the medium-term business plan
Work flexibly as part of the Student Experience team to provide support and guidance throughout the year, including Interview Sessions, Open Events, Tasters and Enrolment.
To work closely with the Campaign Leads in Marketing to ensure a joined-up approach to promotion of courses
To develop a positive rapport with the curriculum teams to ensure support is provided in line with recruitment issues
The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton.

Shortlisting Process -
Each question is scored by a minimum of 2 people on the interview panel. Those applicants with the highest overall score and meet the essential criteria for the role, will progress through to the interview stage and then their application form will be considered too.
