Summary
To provide evidence based public health nursing practice that promotes and improves health andaddresses inequalities of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and familieswithin the borough. Lead the delivery of the healthy child programme to improve health and wellbeing ofchildren in need. Provide Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) expertise to develop andimplement structured interventions for children and families with complex needs including assessments,appropriate management of risks and providing supervision to other team members
