In Nottingham, we're delivering a 1.5-acre development centred around high-quality rental properties.

This includes The Barnum, which opened in November 2023 and offers 348 homes in the city-centre. The scheme was forward funded by Grainger and all apartments are now fully occupied by tenants.

Success on The Barnum has led to a portfolio partnership between Platform4 and Grainger for a further 2,000 homes across six sites.
This includes 200 build-to-rent units to be built on a neighbouring site in Nottingham.
