Location: Warwickshire
Pay: £45,000 +
Hours: Monday-Friday 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:30 - 22:00. Saturday's paid at overtime rate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician to join a busy workshop in Erith. This HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician role offers strong earnings, regular overtime and a stable weekday shift pattern. As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician, you will carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and inspections on HGVs and trailers while accessing ongoing manufacturer approved training.
Duties for the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician:
- Carry out major and minor repairs on HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles
- Complete servicing, inspections and planned maintenance
- Support breakdown repairs when required
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep the workshop safe, clean and well organised
The Requirements for the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician role:
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Technician
- Ability to identify worn or faulty components to DVSA standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Diagnostics and electrical experience desirable
