Your Role:
• Assessing and monitoring patients' needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
