Summary
Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. You'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion and ensuring our guests come back for more.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage stocks, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
• Handle administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
