Summary
Starkey&Brown is looking for a motivated full-time or part-time Lettings Consultant to join a successful and growing team at our Silver Street office in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and confident communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideally you will have an understanding of the lettings industry, although training will be given. Numeracy and financial administration skills are also required.
The role involves all aspects of lettings while supporting business growth. Working as part of a team, you will also contribute towards individual and team goals while delivering a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
