Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant into the team at Ipswich Academy from September 2026. Please note that this position is also being advertised as an apprenticeship.

You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, patient and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team.
