Paragon Education is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years team that places child-centred learning at the heart of everything it does. You will play a key role in helping young learners develop the skills and confidence needed for future success.
What the role involves:
Delivering engaging and imaginative lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration
Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication development
Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress against key developmental milestones
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and Early Years practitioners
Building strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching within an Early Years setting in a UK school
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
A creative and nurturing approach to teaching
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
