Liverpool Lime Street is the main station serving the city centre. The train shed – an impressive structure even by today’s standards – was the largest in the world when it was built in 1867, with a span of 200 feet (61 m). Subsequently expanded, station features include a glazed roof – supported externally by red columns – and a bright concourse.

Previous projects include: Yesterday (Danny Boyle, 2019), Millions (Danny Boyle, 2004), Gumshoe (Stephen Frears, 1971), The Clouded Yellow (Basil Dearden, 1950).
