Job description
The role is to provide information governance advice, guidance and support across the council; consider information requests, internal reviews and investigate complaints from ICO.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the requirements of access to information legislation, including the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations, GDPR and the Data Protection Act. Experience of evaluating DPIAs be be useful.
Experience in a public sector organisation essential.
