We’re excited to be opening a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This is a major milestone for Everyturn as we expand into London for the very first time.Our 12-14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will support people with complex mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment, with 24/7 clinical support.We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join us on the bank to help with shift cover. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration ServiceAbout the roleAs a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people move forward in their recovery by:Consistent delivery of person-centred careEncouraging engagement in meaningful social, recreational, and wellbeing activitiesMaintaining safe, welcoming, and homely environmentsResponding confidently to emergencies and promoting service user safetyKeeping clear and accurate records on our electronic patient record systemContributing ideas to help shape and continuously improve a brand-new serviceAbout youWe’re looking for passionate people who bring:Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challengeA calm, compassionate approach in difficult or unpredictable situationsStrong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred careExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGood organisational skills and confidence using IT systems (including Office 365)Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to learning and developmentHere at Everyturn Mental Health we champion equality, diversity and inclusion within the organisation by ensuring our opportunities are open to all and our approach is inclusive.
