Summary

At Lime Tree Nursery, we believe early years education should be inspiring, creative and full of possibilities for children and for our team.

As a family-run group with multiple nurseries across Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire, we create warm, home-from-home environments where children aged 0–5 can explore, question and thrive. We are excited to share that we are expanding our eight nursery settings to twelve in the coming months. The first new addition will be opening in Thorpe Hesley and we have more settings opening in the coming months around Rotherham and Barnsley.

All our nurseries are inspired by The Curiosity Approach, and we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.

Thanks to the popularity and growth of our nurseries, we are excited to expand our staffing team. Now, we’re looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams at multiple locations. These include Athersley, Carlton-in-Lindrick, East Dene, North Anston, and Thorpe Hesley.

Experience in an Early Years setting
Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset
Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds
