We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Holiday Club Assistant to support the delivery of our summer holiday sports club programme. You will help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children taking part in a variety of sports, games, and activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has a passion for sport, and can bring energy and positivity to a busy holiday setting.
Support the planning and delivery of sports and activity sessions for children aged
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Help set up and pack away equipment for activities
- Lead or assist with games, sports drills, and group activities
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
- Support children with different abilities and needs
- Work alongside other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and club policies
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
