About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in a quality nursery setting. Lead pedagogical practice and inspire young learners in their early educational journey.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- QTS or EYTS
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework
- Experience teaching in Early Years settings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0-5
- Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
- Model outstanding practice for the wider team
- Support staff professional development and pedagogy
- Monitor and assess children's progress
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
- Contribute to nursery improvement and development
