We're a pioneering property company, using a unique combination of property and infrastructure know-how to generate social and financial value through bold development and regeneration projects.

By working with partners to develop disused brownfield rail-led land, we create new places to live, work, learn and play, putting the railway at the heart of our neighbourhoods.

Platform4 is Network Rail’s property development company and joins together LCR (London & Continental Railways) and Network Rail’s property development business to create a single skilled operator. No-one knows rail and property better than us and together we’ll deliver for customers, communities and colleagues.
