By working with partners to develop disused brownfield rail-led land, we create new places to live, work, learn and play, putting the railway at the heart of our neighbourhoods.

Platform4 is Network Rail’s property development company and joins together LCR (London & Continental Railways) and Network Rail’s property development business to create a single skilled operator. No-one knows rail and property better than us and together we’ll deliver for customers, communities and colleagues.

Asset Management

Our asset management team is responsible for a portfolio of commercial, retail and leisure destinations. We also manage property interests on behalf of the Department for Transport.

Our portfolio demonstrates what can be achieved when the public and private sectors collaborate and combine their skillsets.

Land and Property Services

We support the Department for Transport and other Government agencies on land and property matters, with a specific focus on rail-led projects including HS2 and CTRL (HS1) property. In addition, we monitor the performance of Highways England in respect of their management of the Historical Railways Estate.
