Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities - Design, develop and deliver high-quality digital skills training to colleagues across the Trust, covering a range of systems and platforms including Microsoft 365, clinical applications and collaboration tools. - Deliver engaging training using a blended approach, including face-to-face sessions, virtual delivery, bite-sized learning and self-service resources such as guides and videos - Adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different staff groups, roles and digital confidence levels, ensuring accessibility and inclusion. - Support colleagues to build confidence, capability and good digital practice, including data handling and digital safety. - Work collaboratively with Digital, Technology & Insights (DTI), HR/OD and other stakeholders to identify digital skills gaps and support adoption of new technologies and ways of- working. - Build effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical teams, influencing and encouraging engagement with digital learning. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital skills provision and contribute to service improvement and innovation initiatives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and data, using insight to continuously improve content and delivery approaches. - Maintain accurate records of training delivery, attendance and evaluation activity. - Act as a positive role model for digital professionalism, learning and continuous improvement across the organisation.
