Summary


We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team .Alex Ward is a 24-bedded general medical and care of the elderly ward, dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients.

You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across General Medicine and Care of the Elderly.
You will have excellent communication skills, clinical competence, and a passion for supporting and developing colleagues. Opportunities for professional development, including mentoring, shadowing, and skills training, are available.





Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, compassionate care to our patients, including assessment, planning, and delivery of treatments with safe and timely discharge. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition. Support patients and families, work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement, audits, and mentoring of junior staff.
