The role of Driver is an opportunity for a pro-active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The driver will be available to support our staff team and young people to access the community, attend appointments and attend activities.
The role
Transport support staff and young people out in the community
To maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with our care team staff
To adhere to Swanton Care and Community policies and procedures
Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of staff travelling in your vehicles
Attend supervisions, training and staff meetings, as required
Ensure all company paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner
Contact the on-call manager to express any concerns in relation to the role
